You Spend a Lot of Time Leading. How Much Time Do You Get to Think About How You're Leading?

Most days, you're in it. Decisions need to be made. People need your attention. Something isn't going as planned. Something new is coming. There's always more that could be done. And then there's the pull of your personal life that doesn't always get talked about, but is still there.

It's easy to spend most of your time responding to what's in front of you and very little thinking about how you're leading, what you want, or where you're going.

That's what our conversations are for.

I work with Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, VPs, and CEOs who want to become better leaders, advance in their careers, or establish a desired quality of life. Whatever it is, there's something they want that they don't have yet.

What Working Together Looks Like

We'll typically work together for six months, with three one hour sessions each month. Sessions are held virtually using Zoom or the client's preferred video platform.

This gives us time to explore, work with what's happening, and continue the conversation as you put what you're discovering into practice.

We may also use an assessment when it fits the work and can add something useful to the conversation.

Between sessions, there is an expectation that you'll put what you're developing into practice. We'll come back to what you learn, and you can reach out when something comes up. I'll follow up, but the accountability for your outcome remains yours.
