Great People Don't Always Work Great Together

You can have capable people who want to do good work and still have communication that breaks down. Different approaches can create misunderstandings. Conflict can develop. What seems perfectly clear to one person may land very differently with someone else.

This half day experience helps people better understand their own tendencies in communication and conflict, recognize what may be happening with others, and adapt their approach when needed.

Understand Yourself. Recognize Others. Adapt.

Before the session, each participant completes an Everything DiSC assessment and receives their individual results.

The assessment is the starting point, not the focus of the day.

Through discussion and exercises, we'll explore how individual tendencies show up in communication and conflict. Participants will have opportunities to think about their own experiences, recognize what they may be seeing and hearing from others, and consider how they can adjust their approach when it would help.

The goal isn't to communicate like someone else. It's to become more aware of how you naturally communicate, better understand how others may communicate differently, and have more choices in how you respond.

About the Half Day

This is an organization sponsored half day experience. Participants may be part of the same team or come from different parts of the organization.

Everyone completes the Everything DiSC assessment before the session so we can spend our time together applying what they've learned rather than simply learning about an assessment.
